Mentorship

Our Mentorship Program

Princeton Women in Economics and Policy (WEP) is excited to welcome new members to our 2025-26 mentorship program!

Each year, as part of our mentorship program, WEP pairs first-years and sophomores interested in economics, business, and public policy with upperclassmen who have experience navigating different industries and internships, academic requirements, independent work, and extracurricular opportunities at Princeton. In small groups of two or three, WEP mentors and mentees grow together throughout the year, nurturing a supportive and engaging environment for students who identify as women seeking to break into traditionally male-dominant industries.

WEP Mentorship is dedicated to providing equal opportunity and access to all women undergraduates, regardless of their network, experience, or background
